Submission of the Materials constitutes full acceptance of these participation rules and license terms.

License Grant
The Artist grants Hydra Art Walk / Digital Bohemians Club a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute and promote the submitted Materials in connection with the Hydra Art Walk project and all related activities.
Technical or formatting adjustments may be made where necessary for production or promotional purposes.
This license remains valid for all materials already produced, published or distributed prior to any withdrawal by the Artist.
Ownership & Warranties
The Artist retains copyright ownership of the submitted Materials.
The Artist warrants and represents that:
- the Artist is the lawful rights holder of the submitted Materials
- the submitted Materials do not infringe any third-party rights
- all necessary permissions and licenses for submission and publication have been obtained
The Artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hydra Art Walk / Digital Bohemians Club, its organizers, curators and partners against any claims, damages or legal disputes arising from the submitted Materials.
Binding Participation
Participation becomes binding once Hydra Art Walk / Digital Bohemians Club has commenced any production, publication or promotional activities relating to the Artist, including but not limited to:
- Website publication
- Social media announcements
- Curatorial planning & AR integration
- Graphic design preparation & poster printing
- Promotional distribution & press communication
- Event publication
Withdrawal & Cancellation
If an Artist withdraws, cancels participation or requests removal from the project after the official website launch or after production and promotional activities have commenced, Hydra Art Walk / Digital Bohemians Club reserves the right to charge a mandatory cancellation and compensation fee.
Compensation Fee
This fee covers already incurred organizational, technical, administrative and production-related expenses, including graphic design, poster production, AR integration, website and hosting costs, promotional efforts, and restructuring work.
Hydra Art Walk / Digital Bohemians Club further reserves the right to claim additional damages where applicable.
Post-Launch Changes & Edit Requests
Following the official launch of the Hydra Art Walk website and commencement of public promotion, all submitted Materials shall be considered finalized and production-ready.
Additional change requests submitted after launch — including text changes, image replacements, artwork exchanges, updated links, audio replacements or layout adjustments — may result in an additional administrative and production fee.

Hydra Art Walk / Digital Bohemians Club reserves the right to refuse excessive or technically incompatible modification requests.
No Retroactive Removal
The Artist acknowledges and agrees that Hydra Art Walk / Digital Bohemians Club is not obligated to retroactively remove, delete or destroy already published, distributed or archived promotional materials, documentation, press publications, website entries, social media content or exhibition records created prior to withdrawal.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting and transferring the Materials, the Artist confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms in full and acknowledges that these terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
